Metal Roofs

Standing-seam and metal panel roofing has become one of the fastest-growing choices in Central Kentucky, particularly on farm properties, porches, dormers and additions. A properly installed metal roof will typically outlast two or three shingle roofs, sheds snow and ice cleanly, and carries a Class A fire rating.

Our crews are factory-trained on metal systems and fabricate custom flashing, valleys and trim in-house. Metal is unforgiving of poor detail work — the expansion and contraction that makes it durable will find any fastener placed wrong — so the panel is only half the job. We handle the substrate, underlayment, clips and terminations to the manufacturer's specification.
