Historic Roofs
Lexington has one of the finest collections of historic architecture in the region, and Odessa Roofing has been trusted with a good deal of it — including the Mary Todd Lincoln House, the Hunt-Morgan House and the 1820s Erasmus Riggs House.
Historic work carries requirements that ordinary re-roofing does not. Materials and profiles often have to match what was originally there, review boards may have to approve the specification, and the structure underneath is frequently not what a modern roofer expects to find. We've done this work long enough to anticipate those issues and to document what we find as we go.
