• Where are you located?

  Our office and warehouse is located as 232 Gold Rush Road, Suite 110, Lexington, KY 40503. Please feel free to stop by our office during business hours 9:00am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, to visit our showroom.

• Do you carry insurance?

  Yes, Odessa Roofing and Repair carries full worker compensation and liability insurance as required by the State of Kentucky.

• How long have you been in business?

  We have been in business since 1988, when Kinney Evans started and incorporated Odessa Roofing and Repair.

• Do you work by contracts?

  Yes, a written proposal is signed by both parties before the start of every job.

• When are payments due?

  Upon your approval we require a deposit of 1/3 to schedule the job, 1/3 upon start of job and balance upon completion and your approval.

• When can you do the job?

  Upon approval of the contract you will be given an approximate start date in writing. Please remember that we are dependent upon weather conditions which can sometimes cause delays; however, we will make contact with you several times during the wait to update you on start dates.

• When you start a job, do you continue to completion?

  Yes, once we start a job, we will continue with that job until is it complete.

• Will you protect my property?

  Yes, we tarp the side of the home, and cover all shrubbery and flower beds.

• How is clean-up handled?

  After each work day and upon completion the job site will be cleaned and debris will be removed we will also run a magnet to pick up nails.

• Do you inspect each job on completion?

  Yes, upon completion our foreman will do a final inspection with the homeowner to answer any questions you may have regarding your job and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the work we have done.

• We have hail damage to our roof from the storms the other night. Can you help?
